Hand Gunner

This guy is a "Hand gunner" who carries on the tradition of using sword and armor to fight in close quarters. In the past they had to be good in close quarters, for the short range and unreliability of the older guns meant these men had to charge with their swords instead of shoot.

This guy's gun is better than those, but it is an older piece still used for it's large bore. Infantrymen like this have hefty punch with their guns that fire a fist sized bullet. He is also armed with a heavy backsword, common in the region he's from. (Also used for penetrating armor.)
